Kingman Area Food Bank.

Welcome to the Kingman Area Food Bank, a compassionate organization rooted in the heart of Kingman, Arizona, with a rich history dating back to 1970. The foundation of our food bank was laid by the visionary Betty Kahlor, who recognized the pressing need to support those less fortunate in our community. In that spirit, she established The Good Samaritan Association, a humble initiative aimed at providing nourishment to individuals passing through the Kingman area who found themselves in need. Over the years, our organization has experienced steady growth, a testament to the unwavering support and generosity of the incredible community we are proud to serve.

At the Kingman Area Food Bank, our mission is straightforward yet profoundly impactful: to provide essential sustenance to those in need within Kingman and Mohave County, AZ. We believe in the power of community and collective compassion to address the challenges of hunger. Through the dedication of our volunteers, the generosity of donors, and the support of local businesses, we strive to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals facing food insecurity.

Join us in our commitment to creating a stronger, healthier community where no one goes to bed hungry. Together, we can turn compassion into action and build a brighter future for all.
