Mental health, substance use, and suicide prevention education through Mental Health First Aid, youth programs, wellness coaching, holistic support services, and community learning opportunities.

Intervention & Crisis Response

ASIST, QPR, Narcan and fentanyl education, and crisis response training that equips individuals and organizations to recognize risk, respond effectively, and support people in crisis.

Postvention & Community Support

Healing conversations, support groups, community events, and connection-centered support for individuals, families, and communities impacted by loss, trauma, or crisis.

The Founder, Kelli Melissa Reinhardt (Hansen) lost her middle sister Carrie to a completed suicide on Feb 20th, 2017. We open up the conversation about mental health, so that we start breaking down the stigma. You cannot always see a mental health challenge or know how to address it until it is too late, and we lose a life to a completed suicide.?
