With a resolute mission to empower individuals from diverse backgrounds, particularly people of color, we are dedicated to erecting reparative systems that facilitate the creation of wealth, the transformation of justice, and the cultivation of democratic power from the grassroots level upwards within the state of New Jersey. Recognized for our dynamic and autonomous advocacy efforts, our primary objective is to dismantle the load-bearing barriers of structural inequality, thereby fostering the emergence of equitable, vibrant, and thriving communities.

Central to our ethos is the proactive identification and rectification of the fissures of structural racism that undermine our societal foundation, resulting in seismic disruptions within communities of color. By fervently advocating for systemic reforms that are both revolutionary in their impact and attainable within the state's framework, we aspire to establish a blueprint that can be emulated in communities nationwide. Our strategic focus encompasses three vital pillars: Economic Justice, Criminal Justice Reform, and Democracy and justice for Black and other communities of color throughout New Jersey. Employing a meticulously data-driven approach to policy formulation, bolstered by tenacious advocacy and solution-oriented research, we are staunch proponents of policies that address the pernicious legacy of structural racism.
