Maricopa County's Small Business Enterprise Program will facilitate opportunities in Maricopa County's procurement activities and promote growth for small business enterprises with less than 100 employees or less than $4 million in annual revenues within the last fiscal year.

Definition of a Small Business Enterprise:

For purposes of Maricopa County's Policy, means a concern, including its affliliates, which is not dominant in its field and which employs fewer than one hundred full-time employees or which has gross annual receipts of less than four million dollars in its last fiscal year. (A.R.S. 41-1001)
