Nicole was born into the restaurant business and grew up working in her parent's establishments. She purchased her first restaurant at age 27 and quickly developed it into one of the most profitable and iconic venues in New Mexico.
She has developed a following for her innovative cocktail recipes using a creative blend of local ingredients and flavors.
Now at the helm of Nikle, she wishes to share the award-winning, authentic spirits with the world to bring enjoyment and appreciation for naturally inspired spirits.
