Tom has practiced estate planning and business law since 2005. During the representation of his clients, Tom provided a wide variety of services including but not limited to representing beneficiaries in multi-million dollar trust disputes, serving as legal counsel in trust litigation cases, assisting clients in minimizing estate tax liability and unnecessary probate fees, probating estates, and drafting business documents for small to medium-sized businesses in the Northern California area.

Tom provides estate planning, business, probate, trust administration, and litigation services to the firms clients. His focus on advocacy in law school and his professional career provides an invaluable asset to the firms clients by both counseling clients as to how to avoid litigation and providing litigation support for clients who find themselves involved in litigation.
