Established in 1987 by a group of passionate volunteers, our journey from a small janitor's closet in the local hospital to a full-fledged organization is a testament to our commitment to bringing comfort and dignity to life's final journey. With tremendous community support, we have evolved to offer patient-focused home care and elevated comfort measures at our hospice care center, Langdale Hospice House.

Our approach focuses on "HOW YOU LIVE," emphasizing the transition from treating the disease to treating the patient holistically. We offer a range of services that address the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our patients' lives, always respecting their goals and wishes. Our dedicated team of professionals, including registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and grief counselors, provides compassionate and patient-focused support throughout the entire journey of care.
