Founded by the Clayborne Family, ICS welcomes new opportunities to connect with businesses big and small to facilitate successful payment processing that is convenient for both merchants and their customers. Upon starting ICS, James Clayborne set out to fulfill a need for affordable processing options while creating a legacy business for his family. Today, James and his sons, Joseph and Justin, are proud to serve all business types selling online and in-person with personalized service, access to the latest technology, and significant cost savings.

While contributing to the success of their valued clients, the Clayborne Family actively works through ICS to promote social change throughout communities. As successful black business owners, they strive to become role models and inspire black youth to pursue dreams of becoming entrepreneurs, CEOs, fintech professionals, and much more regardless of current circumstances. To accomplish this mission, ICS donates a portion of all profits to support STEM programs that expose minorities to opportunities in technology and organizations advancing social and economic development for underprivileged children, students, adults, and families.
