Welcome to Terra Pacific Waste Management. Our company story starts back in 1978 before waste reduction was the large concern that it is today. Our affiliate company began designing and manufacturing waste and recycling equipment to assist commercial properties in lowering the cost of trash hauling. Since then the expense and volume of waste have grown dramatically along with the current waste needs of commercial properties.
In 2006, Terra Pacific Waste Management was created to give commercial properties waste solutions that generate an immediate ROI without any capital expense - we are not a trash hauler. Terra Pacific has evolved to address all the waste needs of commercial properties including trash handling labor, waste audits, management, recycling, and on-going maintenance & repair.
After years of evaluating hundreds of commercial properties, we realized that most waste issues impacting operations could be solved during the pre-construction phase of a project. As a result, in 2009, Terra Pacific started its new construction division to assist architects and builders bridge the gap between construction and operations. These services include design review, waste volume analysis, site visits, checklists, equipment and trash chute selection/procurement, trash chute installation, project management, and on-going consulting.
