Rural Nevada Development Corporation (RNDC) is a private non-profit that does non-traditional lending in the rural communities of Nevada. We have been in existence for 28 years. Some statistics in that time includes a loan portfolio of $24,000,000 with more than 1,400 jobs created and/or retained.
RNDC can do standalone deals, provide gap financing, do participation loans with conventional lenders and more. The goal is to get the borrower from non-bankable to bankable as well as help new start-ups and expansions. The micro program can be partnered with the regular lending programs. RNDC receives funding from USDA-Rural Development, Economic Development Administration through the US Treasury, SBA-Small Business Administration, Charles Schwab Bank, Wells Fargo, Nevada State Bank, Nevada Bank & Trust, Community Development Block Grant and all of these revolve back to continue building the revolving loan fund. We also have programs that are specific for businesses that have been affected by COVID 19.
