OUR GOAL is to provide construction management services that increase our client's return on investment (ROI) by lowering the cost of building and operating their physical plant.

CERTIFICATIONS: BFW Construction Project Managers is certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and Small Business Enterprise (SBE), in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland, DC, Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida. BFW is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council.

Founded in 2009, by Blane F. Stoddart and Fred Werner, BFW provides construction administration, construction project management, and owner's representation in the Mid-Atlantic Region, and along the East Coast. In December 2011, Mr. Stoddart became the sole owner.
